At a time when the countries are wondering about the practical procedures for carrying out a project of this type, we thought it might be useful to provide an overview of what successful implementation would mean
. After all, in addition to the card itself, the questions of population enrolment, keeping a civil register, and border control must all be considered.
The aim of this document is to offer a few keys to approaching the ECOWAS card project within a wider context. This type of 360-degree vision is essential because it could be a decisive factor in the success of the project.
