Brussels, 30 May 2018: FPS Mobility and Transport reaffirms its confidence in Zetes for the production, personalisation and distribution of Belgian driving licences, following an invitation to tender launched in 2017. The five-year contract concerns the production of around 800,000 driving licences per year.
The Belgian driving licence was first entrusted to the Brussels-based ID specialist in 2012. Because that contract will soon come to an end, the relevant authorities invited the players in that market to come forward, and the technical proposal submitted by Zetes, based on its many years of national and international experience, was chosen again. Zetes' bid guarantees high levels of quality and service continuity, including delivery to towns within 48 hours of a request, proof of delivery within 15 minutes, and a post-incident activity resumption plan based on a back-up personalisation site that can take over from the main site within 24 hours when necessary.
